The Fitting Room

This page will walk you through filling out the toy submission form!

Before we get started here're some things to note:

  • All collectibles will receive custom fit acrylic cases.
  • All Inspection Times are estimated in business days and do not include delivery/shipping time.
  • Return Shipping time is 2-3 weeks from receiving toy/collectible.
  • All toys/items must be measured using the following equation: Height + Depth + Width + additional 2" of case fitting room = Three dimensional fitting
  • Case sizes refer to Boxed or Carded Toys of Standard Size Dimensions
  • All Action Figures with viewing windows will be sealed with window open unless otherwise instructed.

Calculating Total Cost

Grading and Inspection = $12.95 / Toy

Discounts for Multiple Toy Grading and Available Upgrades/Options for TGA customers:

  • 5+ items being graded at once = Please discount $2.00 per item/toy off of grading fee.
  • 10+ items being graded at once = Please discount $3.00 per item/toy off of grading fee

Action Figure Acrylic Case Costs

Check out TGA Man here as an example:

TGA Man measures 6" (Width [A]) by 11 1/2" (Height [B]) by 2" (Depth [C]). That adds up to 19 1/2" for the figure. Then we add 2" case fitting room to get a total of 21 1/2". Please be sure to always round up. So!

TGA Man would fit within the 24" or less total dimensional fitting. So his standard case cost will be $40.00 based on the chart below:

Choose a Case Style

TGA offers two types of cases at no extra charge to our customers:

  • Shoe Box
  • Flat Top

(If no selection is made customers will receive a flat top case as the standard default selection.)

UV Protection
Ultra Violet protection known as the UV upgrade helps to prevent damage from sun glare while displaying your items = $20.00 increase per case price

Houdini Box
TGA also offers a unique locking clasp with hinges case. This case selection is called the Houdini box and comes complete with mini Master lock and key. The Houdini case upgrade = $18.00 increase per standard case price.

Working with our TGA Man, we've got:

$12.95 to have my toy professionaly inspected and graded + $40 for my 24" Acrylic Flat Top Case + $18 for the Houdini Upgrade (I love the houdini case) = $70.95 plus my return shipping cost and insurance.
